Culinary delights at the huts

Rare flowers, cows in the pastures and a wonderful panoramic view. The pastures of the Val di Funes in Nature Park Puez-Odle/Geisler offer typical local dishes and a generous insight into the local cuisine, which enjoys increasing popularity. Traditional South Tyrolean dishes are prepared according to traditional handed down recipes or with an improved more sophisticated taste.

Typical South Tyrolean dishes and local agricultural products make up the menu of the huts. Certainly you will find speck and alpine cheese, game, canederli/Knödel in different versions, the so-called "Bauerngröstl", baked sweet "Krapfen" and, of course, a juicy “Apfelstrudel” should not be missed.

After a walk through blooming meadows below the Odle or Peitler Kofel many original huts await your visit. Stop by, take a break and strengthen yourself, and enjoy the unique view of the Dolomites.
