The territory and its people

At the heart of our Slow Food Travel experiences is the relationship with the local area, its people and its cuisine. The local population welcomes you with open arms! We open our doors to you and allow you to watch as we carry out our daily work. You are also welcome to lend a hand in the production of our food and handicrafts. Side by side we bake bread, pick herbs, make cheese and taste local products such as honey, bacon and wine. Through this active participation, experiences become lived experiences!
