Characterization of the route
The Panoramic Trail is a scenic path which allows hikers to shorten the way. It begins at the Vikoler Image and leads via the Veltierer Zente Biotope (resting platform) on a plateau until you come to St. Magdalena / Santa Maddalena.
The Panoramic Trail crosses through the scenic landscape on the sunny side of the valley, with its traditional farmhouses. You can walk amid gentle, rolling hills and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Geisler Peaks.
In the springtime, you can enjoy the sight of blossoming wild cherries, and in the autumn, you can delight in the romantic russets and golden tones of the foliage.
