Nature awakens from hibernation and all flowers start blooming - this is spring in the Val di Funes! We would also like to interpret this period of time from a gastronomic point of view and invite you to the speciality weeks in spring that take place from 21st to 30th May 2021 in different restaurants in the valley. During these days, the restaurants serve very special and traditional dishes of the valley, reinterpreted and refined by our (young) chefs. Attention is always paid to our local products, such as the meat of the beef breed "Graues Geisler Rind". In our menus you will also find the almost forgotten "Milchfriegl" or "Plentane Knödel"..... Let yourself be surprised!
