Speciality Weeks Spring

The taste of spring in Villnöss/Funes valley

Nature awakens from hibernation and all flowers start blooming - this is spring in Villnöss valley! We would also like to interpret this period of time from a gastronomic point of view and invite you to the speciality weeks in spring that take place from 21st to 30th May 2021 in different restaurants in the valley.
 

Local herbs and original aperitifs

During these days, the restaurants serve very special and traditional dishes of the valley, reinterpreted and refined by our (young) chefs. Attention is always paid to our local products. This year's culinary spring days will be held under the motto "Local herbs and original aperitifs". In the participating restaurants you can enjoy the power-giving herbs.

This initiative aims to intensify the cooperation between local farmers and gastronomy with local products and to strengthen local cycles.
